## Take away
This study introduced a method to assess employees’ perceptions of IEQ(Indoor environmental quality), stress and productivity using environmental sensor data and machine learning.
## Summary
- By applying low-cost commercial sensors, it is feasible to measure and classify indoor environment quality sufficiently accurately for comprehensive decision making.
- The study link the indoor environment factors to personality categorization; people spend a long time staying indoor for their working; therefore the changes for the environment can be sensitive to people's working efficient.(Like the [light experiments](https://www.health-life-habit.com.tw/%E8%BE%A6%E5%85%AC%E5%AE%A4%E7%85%A7%E6%98%8E/%E7%87%88%E5%85%89%E6%9C%83%E5%BE%9E%E5%93%AA%E4%BA%9B%E6%96%B9%E9%9D%A2%E5%BD%B1%E9%9F%BF%E5%B7%A5%E4%BD%9C%E6%95%88%E7%8E%87/) for the workers in the factory)
## Note
- Individuals of a more extroverted personality type are more likely to be stressed by poor environmental quality or to be more sensitive to environmental factors when experiencing stress compared to less extroverted individuals.
- The structure for the data collecting srchitecture

- The future research indicates the **self-reporting sensors**, which meets the private network characteristics and we can continuing working on this topic for the smart office applications.
