We are [Fellows of the RadicalxChange Foundation](https://www.radicalxchange.org/kiosk/announcements/fellowship-program-2021/), which develops and promotes fundamental innovations in governance and political economy. We are working on an academic paper researching the Taiwanese Civic Tech Ecosystem, trying to better understand what other places can learn from the Taiwanese model. Our intended audience is civic tech ecosystem nodes (hackers, civtech institutions, funders, policymakers) around the world. We have been in contact with Audrey Tang through our fellowship. We are interested to complement Audrey's perspectives with more understanding from g0v contributors, as you play an incredibly important role in this ecosystem.
