1. 如何建立資產管理系統(for administrator)

2. 設定月報表系統(此功能會每月發報表給借貨人和管理者)

  1. 選擇add trigger

  2. 選擇monthlyToBorrower or monthlyToOwner, 並且將所有選項設定與下圖相同,

    monthlyToBorrower: 設定月發報給表借貨人的時間
    monthlyToOwener: 設定每月發報表給管理人的時間

    如下圖為設定每月30號午夜1點發報表(可自行修改為喜歡的時間)

3. 如何借貨

  1. 點選 ▼ 然後選擇借貨人(或是自行打上借貨人email[1]), 系統會自動帶上今天的日期如要選擇其它日期請參考option2[2]
