ME. MESA ELECTRONIC
The mesa electronic considers like another actor, with functions and specific necessities. We consider the mesa electronic like the ensemble of systems that permit to capture the electronic vote, realise the anomització, mixing, deciphered and count of the votes.

[V-ME.01] ... Get the public clef that permit to encipher the votes.
This clef esta formed by contributions of other actors and sends at the browser that uses at the device of the user to emit the vote.
