Please describe.** As an administrator that has the task of handling a Decidim installation for a private Organization (like an Association or an ONG) it's impossible to delete an account; this is necessary for the cases where an associate is no more on the Organization (she shouldn't have access to the discussion/decision making process) or someone is "dismissed/sacked" from this organization. **Describe the solution you'd like** To have a button with a confirmation dialog for "delete this participant account". We should also explain on the confirmation dialog that this depends on your Terms of Services of your platform. As this is a really sensible and critical feature, this must be enabled through the system panel (on an instance basis) and it should check that the Terms of Services are not the default. **Describe alternatives you've considered** Should we send an email like "your account was deleted"? :::danger que piensan josan/nil? hacer mockup de system ::: At the moment this is handled through: a) Saying to the participant that she should delete itself b) Saying to the implementers (people with access to the Rails console) to delete this participant. **Does this issue could impact on users private data?** It's about deleting users. :warning: :warning: **Acceptance criteria** - [ ] As an administrator I can delete a user account on admmin panel with a confirmation dialog - [ ] There's an AdminLog for this action - [ ] As an administrator I see the explanation of the ToS in the confirmation dialog - [ ] As a system administrator I can enable this on the system panel - [ ] As a system administrator I can't enable this on the system panel if the ToS is the default one. ---- ## To be able to change the Official nomenclator on Proposals and Meetings #5919 REF: FD004 :::danger esta ya esta creada, habria que actualizarla y quitar el "needs definition" https://github.com/decidim/decidim/issues/5919 josan, tenemos que hablar si es por espacio (que es un lio de gestión) o si es uno general para toda la plataforma... a nivel de filtros de origen pueden ser muy lioso el caso de uso de premis de comic jove podria ser tranquilamente un usuario, la unica diferencia que hay es la del filtro ofiical ---- CAMBIAR A: poder seleccionar que usario o grup de usauris es el Grupo Promotor para que aparezca en los filtros de Origin (como primera opcion) y ::: **Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.** As a visitor when I go to a Participatory Process and see the "official" proposals I don't know what's the meaning. Also it depends on which process / instalation it could mean different things. **Describe the solution you'd like** To be able to change this text on Filters, Proposals authors and to change the logo on every Process / Assembly.
