- [ ] 6. Missing title error in election setup:

Given that there's an installation with 3 languages: English, Spanish and Catalan, being English the default one,
when I'm setting up the election, if it only has the title and description in English, when I click in "Setup election" I get the "Missing title" error.

I shouldn't see this error, it should allow me to set up the Election with only one title; in this cases what Decidim do is to reuse the default locale title on the other locales.

Right now we have three diferent steps:

a. Confirm/edit your vote
b. Encryption loading screen
c. Audit or cast your vote

We'd need to have the Edit/Audit/Cast in the same screen so it's easier to understand for the participant:

a. Encryption loading screen
b. Edit, Audit or Cast your vote

This flow is the same that nVotes does:


Also regarding the Audit screen we prefer what we see at nVotes, having all the instructions in a modal after I've clicked "Audit my ballot":


Our message would be:

> You can audit that your ballot was correctly encrypted. For security reasons, auditing your ballot will spoil it. That means, to cast your vote, you will need to restart the voting process.

> Yes, I want to DISCARD my vote
