(Non-Genesis Sale series NFTs will be limited to individual CoinEmpire cities.) These cards are ideal for players seeing to increase their earnings by holding properties for a certain period of time and gaining extra income when their real estate is sold to other players. - **Royal Genesis Sale Chests**: Royal chests contain Royalty Cards, which give holders the ability to earn passive income from CoinEmpire. Holders of these cards are eligible to be selected to temporarily own Royal Domain properties, which pay out a share of ETH deposited into the CoinEmpire Royal Treasury. The first 250 ETH of funds raised in the Genesis Sale will be immediately deposited into the Decentribe development fund. The fund will be used to for initial Decentribe production expenses and allocated to the initial CoinEmpire prize pot (which will be paid out to players). The rest will be held in a special smart contract. This contract will emit between 2 - 5 percent of ETH within it to the development team monthly to fund project activities. *If the community feels Decentribe’s developers are not meeting their obligations they can stake DECENT tokens into the smart to cut off the delivery of ETH to the team.
