### making DIA an actual DAO

- Get a shared account, and people will know they'll get something for their work
- Just need everyone's addresses, use coordinape to signal, then transfer that to the DAO
- Coordinape is not on chain, easy to use

- We can also do a hausparty
- 0xd2 to start a mission channel

### Operators (point people) for ever mission
- Cardo brought this up a couple weeks ago
- narly - we should do this! Meme = operator
- 0xd2 - put this in the description for the channel for the mission
- don't voluntold anyone, opt-in (consent) only
- pin in the channel
- can also add supporters to the chat
- everyone can edit the descriptions themselves, so add yourself as the operator if you want to take the lead

### Audit / statistics

- Maybe we could find someone who is good at building discord bots?

### Task manager or kanban board?
- Redacted: Github projects, people are already familiar with it / have accounts
- Have to see as a DAO, what's in progress, what missions
- Then for each mission, the operator should choose how they want to manage the project
- But also have best practices and tools that we encourage
- Maybe just start with a HackMD, running list of tasks that everyone can use

- there are other missions happening, like the DAO stories

- we are permissionless - you can form whatever mission you like, round up a crew, and tackle it!
- can also come to the meetings: 1pm EST Wednesday for Rendezvous (synchronous knowledge sharing, and filling top of Curation Engine funnel), Strategy and Ops every other week 4pm EST

### Wednesday Rendezvous's
- should we do it on twitter spaces?
- discord is more like internal, this conversation feels more like public
- when you want questions from the public, go to where the public is
- devil's advocate: it is aligned with what we are doing in the discord, it is the synchronous version of the asynchronous thing we are doing in discord generally
- could also do it with a guest
- twitter spaces would be redpilling people into the discord
- let's try it next week
- it will also get people who are just on twitter

### MCON, energy / recruitment
- heard a lot of things in the MCON powwow that overlapped with what we have been talking about and been challenged by in the DIA
- we're headless, which is really nice, doesn't have an alternate agenda
- can push a little harder to pull people in to the DIA
- all divergent work is great, as long as its divergent, not redundant
- seed of the MCON powwow was more about providing services to DAO builders, focus on the summoners of DAOs, teach them leadership and things, and do that in a decentralized network
- very interesting, definitely one of the verticals in DAO intel
- which orgs would be incentivized to invest in DAO leadership skills?
- rising tide raise all boats
- tally interested in training governance facilitators, would be interested in having these DAO leaders
- Agent n'th Degree happy to help onboard people into the Agent meme and also what to do -> capturing some of the excitement from MCON

### DIA shirts!!!
- they are printed!
- got delayed because the shirts
- pay 0xd2 gas and he'll send (maybe)
- give them to the first 50 people who do a thing?

### Landing Page
- we discussed at MCON
- can we do this before Wednesday, twitter spaces, so it's a soft landing for people
- 0xd2 can do the designs
- narly can stand up the site

### Curation Engine v2
- meta-data first approach to curation? like loot or axie, but for the DIA
- having one Operator per funnel stage?
- building off UMA hausparty, having opt-in roles for each funnel stage as well
- some people like to do atomic tasks, have a process, just do the thing, don't have to worry about strategy -> certain kind of contributor to empower
