# Notes: Biweekly Briefing Call 4
13 August 2021 20:00 UTC - *7 attendees*
Notes from last call: https://hackmd.io/hWFa3o5rRjGu7we9GjiE5Q?both
### Agenda
* Review DAOINTEL twitter curation flow: https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/855584103478591488/875425745760047174/DAO_intel_curation_flow.png
* Topics that we should focus on for posting on twitter
### What topics should we focus on tweeting from DIA Twitter @daointel?
- Product news from DAO tools
- Major releases from DAOs
- Maybe keep it more open, since we're early?
- Community focus?
- In-house tools that we've actually built ourselves
- Educational content as a number one thing
- For example, how many DAOs have no idea Coordinape exists
- Include anything DAO-specific
#### What are we uniquely positioned to do?
- Share information that we are uniquely positioned to access, as DAO builders?
- We're in a position to tweet a really curated community content - we know / are some of the people that know the most about DAOs
- Can we really hone in on the stuff from DAOists, not just product annoucements? (people can get other places)
#### Best practices:
- Not just tweet, summarize articles and post as a tweet thread
- People have really short attention spans, especially on twitter. and there's a lot of noise in the space
- The Reading Ape has a similar model: https://twitter.com/TheReadingApe
- Also Jonathan taking notes for Hausparty, similar
- In other guilds that have democratic tweeting, having no content can also be a problem
#### Is there a quality control aspect?
- Careful about feed fatigue - we might end up tweeting too much. Maybe later on we say only 12 tweets/day or something like that. Scarcity mechanic that really forces us to think about it
- Can also change the Star-Emoji thresholds later on
- Agents should make sure to read the article before giving it a Star
- Make sure we're not promoting misinformation or a smear piece
#### Getting people involved in curation:
- Tipbot idea, if you submit something that gets enough stars, then we can tip you out
- Short-term, incentives are hard. But in mid- to long-term, could have a decentralized product that other DAOs subscribe to
- If we create a currency, we will have to worry about bots / pure speculators
- We could use a status/membership token, and not put economic value behind it yet
- NFTs based on your level of participation - start to contribute to us having composable on-chain reputation
- POAPs are really cheap
- Can give people shares in MolochDAO, promise of future value, but can't sell shares on exchange or something
- People can request shares after doing work, helps to have agents making requests
- Implementing a tokenized reward system probably requires a lot of depth and consideration
- Start with a DIA founders POAP for everyone
- MVP: For the next four weeks, light requirements to receive a POAP. For example, if curate/draft a tweet that lands in #3-distribution, then you get a POAP
