## how to increase momentum
**ideas**
- working in public
- reaching out to community around targeted problems
- Q&A style experience to pose questions and invite network to answer
## raw notes
- information silo
- what is the DIA capable of that everyone else that has created a wiki that others weren't able to achieve
- can we do less creating content and more connecting content
- what if we allow anyone to submit information about DAOs and DIA decides which are pushed out there
- what can we do different
- curation engine
- meta-coordinate
- people sometimes have their own agendas and intent
- QA
- could have a question section
- media section
- FAQ
- twitter account as a MVP
- iterate towards quora or stack overflow
- service to community
- collecting and sharing the information that we find
- curator DAO
- how to float value to contributors
- curation is a really valuable human skill
- what do curation DAOs curating
- how do they collect signal
- how do they decide on which signal to boost
- what would a prototype look like?
- keep efforts in discord
- have a channel
- set a numerical boundry to set threshold to sharing to twitter
- we can use carlbot to move upvoted posts into the twitter channel
- use emojis to signal
- starboard: starred posts will make their way to a read-only channel so its easy to find
- other servers can also subscribe to this "announcements" channel
- we could evaluate the # of RT or likes that resulting content gets
- discord with 3 or 4 channels
- things that got signal boosted in another channel through discord
- links -> drafted as a tweet
- analytics on published content
- could limit voters to curation contributors
- why are we credible as curators?
- Curation thoughts
- curation suffers from, "how do we afree on deffition?"
- definition may very across perspectives
- one option is trusting benevolent dictators
- aggregating subjective perspectives
- Curation process
- what if we remove post history to reduce bias?
- members could submit ideas through a form and the curators would vote on those ideas that comes through
- could be cool to create NFTs (proof of curation tokens)
- as a curator one can get different types of curation tokens
- tweets, etc
- could we break it down based on the various ways curators contribute
- NFT social graph
- Rewards
- this can be decided once we have something that is for sure valuable (retroactive rewards)
- Moving forward
- simplicity is key
- homework: go to one DAO, pick a piece of content that was created by them and we vote to see what we want to put out
- this doesn't necessarily have to be an income generating DAO
- come back to this discussion with ideas about the architecture of building it (the website, content curation in the wiki, DAO)
- Discord prototype
- using collection, fusion, distribution for tweet curation/distribution
- Twitter curation Stewardship
- Bean dip offered to create twitter
- RumHam offered to set up starboard and carlbot
- OXD2 offered to write a guide to... (i missed it)
