### Coordinape Circle
- let people know that we want to use it
- need to make data about the funnel publicly available
- is that data enough information for people in the DIA to reward each other via coordinape?
- seems like its worth trying
- people who curate / drop things in a lot, they'll have more information to inform coordinape comp
- could do a combo (like DAOhaus). sourcecred for objective contributions (schema of behaviors) + coordinape
- could wire in sourcecred, since we're using discord as the mechanism
- in other environments, sourcecred has been gamed, but since we're fully based in discord, it could work
- [TODO] 0xd2 to setup a meeting with one of the sourcecred lords
- we'll have to define the weightings, but think that is doable

### Running a first epoch: compensation / incentives
- Points or exp to start
- Could mirror the values from coordinape or sourcecred in the DAO as DAO shares
- In this case, we'd be able to drop anything into the DAO directly and have shared ownership
- [TODO] Plan out and announce over the next two weeks, and launch at the next biweekly meeting
- Requires:
- we have the curation engine v2 up
- plug in sourcecred, with weightings, plan to modify in retrospectives every two weeks
- launch landing page, and any other source material

### DAO Intel Rendezvous
- possible to be more curated about speakers
- maybe do open Q&A at the end?
- is the time that we're doing the meeting the right time? maybe later in the day / night
- more like a DAO vibe chat, like NFT ones that are people talking for 4-6 hours sometimes
- evening DAO party sounds fun. DAO happy hour

### Curation Engine v2
- Saimano crushing it
- already better than v1
- we have more
- research into analytics - if sourcecred doesn't meet our needs

### Lower coordination costs
- Designing the coordination for #collection, top of funnel
- Encouraging people to tag @daointel directly
- Curation stage needs the most work / most incentive right now

### Active Missions
- Redacted: possible mission: what if we curated a twitter list of people to follow, DAO alpha
- [TODO] narly will create a HackMD backlog / project list so people can take specific issues and deliver them permissionlessly
- Could include missions on the landing page, if we could plug those in

- narly can get this live in Webflow pretty quick
