Space will mature when we have more visibility into how the money is moving. Grants, deliverables, accountability ## How do you simplify the experience for a single contributor who is working across mutliple workstreams or projects? * Often these contributors are highly valuable ## What if individuals put up their own tokens for signaling work they think is important? **Free Rider Problem:** * contributors paying contributors * 'someone else is going to do this, so i don't have to' * strong culture in dao of collaborative mindset ## On Value Valuation process subjective from its community ## On 'money' money became the one metric because it is so easily quantifiable, but really it's just a means of converting one form of value into another. Also encourages solving our own problems than sharing the solutions with the larger community.
