## Methods of Compensation

* **Fractionalization**: top DAOS allocation to sub DAOS, sub DAOs allocate to project, projects allocation to individuals
* Allocation **budget to project** instead of individuals
* **Bottom up**: based on reputation or role - provide contributor base compensation for a certain level of time or level of experience
* **Coordinape**: contribution graph
* **Role based**: UBI / differentiated by skill
* **Sourcecred** - objective network based contributions

Need to provide options for compensation not a one size fits all solution.

Space will mature when we have more visibility into how the money is moving. Grants, deliverables, accountability

## How do you simplify the experience for a single contributor who is working across mutliple workstreams or projects?
