# Thesis:基於區塊鏈之人力派遣個資安控系統
### Abstract
人力派遣具備「合法僱用季節性勞工、靈活性高、責任有限」之特性,是中國企業盛行的人力資源策略,但其存在「缺乏勞動監察、缺乏社會保護、同工不同酬」之問題[[1]](https://nhglobalpartners.com/what-is-labor-dispatch-china/)[[2]](https://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/---ed_dialogue/---sector/documents/publication/wcms_246921.pdf)。
針對上述之問題,已有區塊鏈應用為勞工提供社會法律保護[[6]](https://hdl.handle.net/11296/qeyqkd)[[7]](https://arxiv.org/pdf/1711.09758.pdf),雖然沒有派遣公司之介入可以保障薪酬不被抽成,但衍伸出「工作機會難找、收入不穩定」之問題。
針對上述之衍伸問題,加入媒合和預約機制是一個好的選擇,但目前區塊鏈應用只看到訂房[[8]](https://www.cambridge.org/core/services/aop-cambridge-core/content/view/76E6120CD8E304139F02D3FBF1FEBFAD/S0269888920000260a.pdf/a-blockchain-based-decentralized-booking-system.pdf)、訂車[[9]](https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=9591711)、訂疫苗[[10]](https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=9591965)、訂票[[11]](https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/stamp/stamp.jsp?tp=&arnumber=9702587)等針對物件之預約系統,尚未看到針對人力派遣或招募之應用。
本研究將設計一基於區塊鏈之人員招募暨派遣系統,其特色包含:
* 兼具找工作、找人才、找標案、找合作之場境應用
* 數位身份識別(DID),使用者先互相檢視彼此信用程度再決定是否簽約
* 勞工隱私安全控制,只有被授權者可以看到個資(ex. 體檢報告、戶口名簿、離職證明等)
