3. **Project Ownership:**
   - Take full ownership of projects from inception to completion.
   - Meet deadlines consistently and deliver results of the highest quality.

## Requirements:

1. **Solid Web Development Fundamentals:**
   - Strong understanding of core web development fundamentals, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and familiarity with web protocols and infrastructures.

2. **Problem-Solving Prowess:**
   - Exhibit strong problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail.
   - Demonstrate the ability to identify root causes and implement simple, sustainable solutions.

3. **UI/UX :**
   - Possess in-depth knowledge and a high affinity for design principles and UI/UX best practices.

4. **Frontend Framework Proficiency:**
   - Hands-on experience with multiple front-end frameworks, including Laravel, React / Next.js.

5. **Data Handling Skills:**
   - Strong understanding of relational and non relational data model and type.

6. **Adaptability and Learning Mindset:**
   - Display a willingness to learn, adapt, and integrate new technologies and tools into web applications, with a special focus on AI (such as code assistants and generative tools).
