# In-Meeting Module
### Intent
To Provide users with a place to track meeting outcomes and notes
### Process
The In Meeting module is a place where users can take notes as the meeting is happening. The in meeting module can be accessed through the tool by clicking on an upcoming meting in their "My Schedule" tab (Meeting Finding and Accepting documentation) and clicking the In meeting module button

On this page there are a few things. Meeting details can be seen on the right of the page with the center of the page being a place you can take notes regarding each of the accounts that were included to discuss for the meeting. Here there are check-box options to identify meeting outcomes as well as a text box to capture further relevant meeting notes. These buckets are separated as Partner notes and Microsoft notes
*(NOTE: Microsoft has the ability to take notes that are not visible to the Partner.)
These notes can be referenced once the meeting is over by selecting the meeting the user wishes to view and selecting the "View Meeting Outcomes" button:

On the top right of this page, users have the ability to also report if the meeting did not take place due to the other party not showing up.
At the bottom of the page there is a place to put the Opportunity ID to reference in the Partner Center and MSX CRMs
Once the meeting notes have been wrapped up, you can click the save button at the bottom of the page to save the notes.
