# Meeting Creation ## Intent: The Creation of meeting requests, either by MSFt or partner users, that can then be action by the opposite party and schedule a meeting. ## Process: Meeting creation can be facilitated one of two ways depending on user type: ### Single meeting request (Partner or MSFT user) a single meeting can be requested from two loctions: The dashboard jumplink: ![](https://i.imgur.com/dSAHgv3.png) Or the top right of the co-sell meetings tab. #### Requesting a meeting as a MSFT user: ![](https://i.imgur.com/tNIxVU6.png) **Accounts to discuss:** ![](https://i.imgur.com/HCcnNjS.png) autopopulates based on field, no limit to the number of accounts that can be added. **Partner Organization** Autopopulates based on field. Multiple partner orgs can be added. Note: as the tool does not currently support P2P, the assumption here is that you are looking to have a meeting about the same accounts and areas with multiple partners by adding more then 1 partner in to this field. 1 meeting request will be created fro each partner added to this field. ![](https://i.imgur.com/h7LXROY.png) **Attendees from your organization** additional users you would like to invite to the meeting, these users will receive an invite to the meeting. by default, the user creating the meeting is added as an invitee, but can be removed if they're creating the meeting on another behalf. **Solution Area / Solution Play** ![](https://i.imgur.com/2cMf8Ii.png) Supports drop down and multiple selection. From there meetings you've requested can be viewed from the co-sell meeting tab: ![](https://i.imgur.com/G88wgtz.png) ### Bulk meeting request (Partner) To bulk import a range of meetings, you can use the Meetings Import page. ![](https://i.imgur.com/t3VcyU9.png) To begin, download the import template linked to in the description of the page. This will download an xls file that the meeting details will be entered in. Open the spreadsheet: ![](https://i.imgur.com/yoFm5aq.png) Once in the spreadsheet, there will be an instruction sheet that will give deeper guiudance on how to fill in the template. On the second sheet, you can enter the relevant information for each meeting you wish to import: ![](https://i.imgur.com/k3Mof2F.png) Once the information has been inputted save and close the sheet. Back in the tool, select the Upload button on the Meetings Import page and select the completed xls template file and upload. ![](https://i.imgur.com/GFhXfuV.png) Once the template is uploaded, the page will display the captured fields that were imported and show any errors that the tool encountered during the import (See above). To fix these errors, click on the edit icon for each meeting that has an error and fix through the edit modal shown below: ![](https://i.imgur.com/dWDqgHD.png) Once these errors have all been corrected if any, select the Import X Meetings button at the top right of the screen to finalize the import. ![](https://i.imgur.com/wFezu9c.png) This step may take a few minutes as it completes depending on the amount of meetings imported.
