### Moloch V3: Codename Baal Meeting

tl;dr --> taking the main DAO contract and merging it with the minion contract

Moloch v3 will preserve the functions of the previous moloch contract with a few exceptions. Here some of the features that Moloch v3 is aimed at tackling:
- Share Delegation
- Safe
- ERC-20 functions
- iterative design philosophy

**Gnosis-Safe Zodiac** integration with DAOhaus allowing Moloch DAOs to operate minion like a gnosis safe.

> Possible Integrations

- Tribute
- Aragon (cons: need governance flags + is `ready only`)
- Zodiac (pros: opinionated making it super flexible)

*Consider creating an adaptor for Zodiac to connect with Tribute*

1. Support Ether on the Main DAO contract
2. Multi-Summoner
3. Mendable Voting Periods
4. Shaman (Contracts that give members the ability to manipulate shares/loot params)
5. Gasless Signatures (Batched)
6. Multi-Call/Multi-Send
