# Conviction yeeters Warcamp is the iron bank. only proposals will be new members and a monthly budget (comp and workgroup budgets) each working group is a yeeter for conviction staking. if loot is below some threshold it is de-prioritized, above that threshold it is a go, and closer to the max cap raises the priority. anyone (public and members) can stake to raise the priority and rq to lower it.
