The DAOhaus custom Safe App enables Gnosis Safe Owners to easily connect to the DAOhaus Platform to create a DAO, join an existing DAO and utilize all of DAOhaus' available tools, directly from the Gnosis Safe UI. The Gnosis Safe address acts as the member within a DAOhaus DAO, and when an action is taken on the DAOhaus platform a transaction is created in the Gnosis Safe for approval by the Safe Owners.

With the ability for Gnosis Safes to interact directly with the DAOhaus Platform, more complex cross-Safe interactions, governance structures and treasury strategies are made possible.

The Gnosis Safe Minion Boost (v3) enables a DAOhaus DAO to manage funds in a Gnosis Safe and perform more complex multi-call transactions via the Minion, all from the DAOhaus UI.

A Safe Minion is technically a Zodiac Safe Module that enables a DAOhaus DAO to control a Gnosis Safe. It is perfect for advanced organizations looking to trade NFTs, manage LP positions in AMMs or do other arbitrary transactions while maintaining the integrity and values of a Moloch DAO.

To increase proposal velocity for less critical proposals, the ability to set quorum levels is possible, enabling early execution when a minimum quorum is met.

Ultimately, the Gnosis Safe Minion Boost enables a single DAO to control multiple safes, all with different parameters to serve unique purposes. It also enables more complex networks of shared treauries between different DAOs, promoting more resource sharing and inter-DAO relations.

The Cross-Chain Gnosis Safe Minion Boost (v4) deploys a new Gnosis Safe Minion with an AMB Module for a DAOhaus DAO. The Gnosis Safe Minion manages a DAO's funds & interacts with smart contracts, while the AMB Module helps relay data between chains.

By installing this Minion, a DAO will be able to vote on & pass proposals on Gnosis Chain, while controlling assets and executing transactions on Ethereum Mainnet. This gives DAOs greater access to use cases on Mainnet such as DeFis and NFTs, while minimizing governance costs.

With the ability to set quorum levels, transactions can be executed earlier once quorum requirements are met. This is especially useful for advanced DAOs looking to optimize their proposal velocity.

4. Yeeter

The Yeeter is a unique fundraising platform, built on DAOhaus, with inherent capital contributor protection via Moloch's RageQuit functionality. One can send funds directly to the Yeeter contract which then deposits the funds into a DAO treasury and distributes Loot shares proportional to the contribution. Loot provides the ability for contributors to exit with their capital at any time by simply burning the Loot shares.

Each Yeeter project that fundraises, is equipped with a DAOhaus DAO and a Gnosis Safe Minion Boost to efficiently and effectively manage a shared treasury and the capital contributors.

When the next iteration of DAOhaus (v3) is released later this year (2022) in coordination with Moloch v3 (Baal), Gnosis Safe will act as the base treasury layer for all funds raised by projects through the Yeeter.

Built in coordination with several core DAOhaus contributors and the Moloch Mystics, DAOhaus v3, powered by Baal, offers an extremely flexible and interoperable solution to fundamental human coordination problems.

With DAOhaus v3, users will be able to manage funds with the security of Gnosis Safe, utilize nuanced governance tools for added complexity and maintain permissionless exit rights of their proportional treasury share.
