An app to enable DAOs to create NFT projects that will onboarding members by minting the NFTs.

### 3. Details

- Factory contract to launch Shaman/NFT contract for a DAO
- Mint function will drop funds into the dao and mint loot or shares
- Opportunity to experiment with SBT mechanics to let users bind/unbind the NFTs to turn transferability on/off

NFT Projects looking for a fairer launch mechanism. DAOs on DH looking to provide an alternative onboarding experiences.

#### why would it be useful

A fun and easy method to onboard DAO members and fund a treasury.

#### what problem is it solving

- NFT holders have exit rights on the treasury.
- Quick and easy member onboarding

#### how can it be built with our tooling

- New shaman + factory
- Will require a new shaman subgraph
- App designed with the Toolkit in mind
