# NFT-as-POAP Distribution Scheme for UH with Monsieur Dekan bruh

- First option:
- 1 day Yeet every week
- Can set a max total to create a fomo factor and to be able to analyze the results
- Second option: a way to engage loot holders
- They are staking funds, but only ~20% care about governance. Most people want an economic upside/incentivization
- NFTs are an option. Congo Line NFTs.
- If you have the 1st NFT, you can get the 2nd, but you can't get the 3rd without both 1st and 2nd, etc etc.
- Users can claim an NFT every week that they Yeet. If they Yeet multiple times they demonstrate their committment, but this role also becomes increasingly rare.
- Has a mechanic of wanting to "collect them all," return for the next reveal.
- The NFTs could have value.
- Could also be used to encourage activity every day, greatly increasing participation. Mechanic = a daily drip, with a daily release of a token.
- The NFT can be claim every week during the Yeet window. The drip is on top of that, every day.
- Drip Mechanics:
- First week requires: 10 loot
- Yeet window ends. Users can RQ
- Second week: requires 20 loot (maybe?), but the Yeet window only allows the release of half as much. Incentivized user to hold.

## 2 token system HAUS and veHAUS

> our current token HAUS has a fixed supply at 1M, veHAUS would be the new Uberhaus governance token that is received from staking HAUS.

> Staking HAUS terms are from 3 months to 4 years, veHAUS is generated with a bonus with the longer it is staked. Longer staked in the pool more veHAUS you would receive and more governance power.

> Decentralized protocol, any DAO or individual can stake.

> Uberhaus memberDAOs would be air dropped a 4 year stake and start acumulating veHAUS imediatly. Current active DAOs in Uberhaus are eligible for the initial drop (the Uberhaus V1 to V2 upgrade)

> Daohaus DAO opt ins, any DAO using the DAOhaus platform is automatically eligible for a follow on stake (or possibly bonus rewards) and can be voted in through current member governance.

> Utility of Uberhaus, veHaus is a transferable governance token with ragequit built in. Token holders would have the ability to configure and manage dao settings, and further stake on in curation games and prediction markets around daohaus platform development (currently Warcamp) and other initiatives in sub daos of Uberhaus. These games could be rewarded for participation by HAUS.
