## User Stories

My friends and I have this cool idea and we want to pool our money together to get it going. We’re also thinking of other funding options and want a place to store all of this.

We wrote a whitepaper and have a couple roadmaps, one for this quarter and another for the rest of the year. We would like to keep a record of who on the team has approved these documents.

First we need a fair bank account that gives us all equal rights to the money in it, but also protects the funds from getting allocated to stupid things by an individual or two or three. We also want to add and subtract people from the group who have rights to the account.

My friends and I live in many different time zones, but we talk to each other on Telegram at least 3 or 4 times a week. We will probably be able to discuss the next thing we’re doing before we decide to save a permanent record of who agrees or doesn’t, or make anything official. Our flow is to start a thread about an idea that some of us propose; discuss in the thread; begin an official document to clarify our thoughts and discussion; edit the document until most of us are happy with it and everyone is okay with agreeing to what’s finally on the document. We’d like to have a place to put this final document, or at least the information it contains, in a place that anyone can access and so it’s immutable, or frozen in time. We’d also like to have a place to show that we agreed to follow what is on this document in an immutable and public place.
