# Transmutation #3 gm DAOhaus CCO supporters. The time has come for the third and final transmutation. ## Overview The original schedule called for transmutations at the beginning of the months of March, June, and September of 2022. We are asking for transmutation #3 to be executed ~2 weeks early. Here's why: as market conditions have reduced our total resources, we have transitioned to a more conservate internal resource allocation process in order to reduce our burn. Since this process allocates funds to projects at the beginning of each month, it pulls forward the time at which the requisite funds need to be in our treasury. ## Transmutation Parameters - **Transmutation ratio**: 0.005 ETH per HAUS - **Total ETH out**: 247.1988* - **Total HAUS in**: 49,439.76* **unless there are additonal ragequits* This transmutation will take place over 2 back-to-back proposals 1. Proposal 1: The full amount of ETH, minus a ~15 ETH buffer 2. Proposal 2: The remaining ~15 ETH The purpose of the buffer is to ensure that the bulk of the transmutation will complete even if there are some ragequits. ## What's Next for DAOhaus? There's lot in store: **DAOhaus v3 is on the horizon**! 🎉 We expect to release **beta versions of the DAOhaus v3 Protocol, Developer Tools, and Core Applications** by MCON. We could not be more excited about this, and are very grateful for your support in making it happen. 🙏 Immediately after that, we'll be **helping existing DAOs migrate from DAOhaus v2 to v3**, and turning more of our focus to **go-to-market activies** for DAO as well as other developers. We will also soon share some more detailed updates on our **longer term vision and roadmap for DAOhaus**. Once the transmutation proposal has been executed, you can withdraw your portion of the HAUS by ragequitting from the CCO DAO. :::danger Do not ragequit *before* the proposal has been executed or you will not receive your full HAUS allotment! ::: Once you have your HAUS, here are **a few things you can do with it**: 1. Snapshot vote (signal) on how the ETH from this transmutation will be spent by Warcamp on building DAOhaus. - This will influence the monthly projects to which we allocate funding - This is just the start of more ways for individuals to use their HAUS in governance. 3. Form a new DAO and join UberHaus to help shape what DAOhaus is and will be, as well as how the HAUS token treasury is managed. 5. Provide liquidity in Balancer.
