# Coordinape Usability Guide

## 1. The Epoch

_Everyone

Once a month, we run a coordinape epoch together.

Everyone gets 100 Give tokens to allocate to each other.
Anyone can opt out of receiving all or a portion of their GIVE, which will burn their GIVE, and raise everyone else's allocations proportionately.
Contributors must GIVE in order to receive.

_Admins_:
- Ensure new contributors are added to the circle before the session begins. Reach out to vengist or spengrah to be added.

- Export the results as a csv within Coordinape.

## 2. HAUS Distro

After each coordinape epoch, we distribute HAUS based on the results.

_Admins only_

- Duplicate a sheet in the [HAUS_Coordinape spreadsheet](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1n0jl5jW84xlaLImgmiU3sB1dTzJLbnvBQ4sQr5Dr4Uw/edit?usp=sharing)
- Import the coordinape epoch csv into that sheet
- DIVIDE the amount of HAUS available by the sum of GIVE allocated in coordinape to get the HAUS MODIFIER
- Multiply each individual's GIVE received by this HAUS MODIFIER
- This are the final amounts to take to [Disperse](https://disperse.app) and distribute the HAUS

Questions: How can we smooth this process of GIVE -> HAUS distro?

## 3. Warcamp Share Progression

Each contributor who receives a minimum of 10 GIVE, can make a request for Shares in Warcamp DAO.

Make a request for more shares
- Title: {Name} Share ProgressionY {MTH YR ex. 'Jul 21'}
- Description: whatever
- Link: Coordinape Epoch Results
- Shares Requested: Max 10% of GIVE/HAUS received
- Tribute: 0.1 HAUS for each share requested

Should shares be based on amount of HAUS or GIVE?
_HAUS_ may be best as it may change based on perceived value warcamp is creating as a whole, as opposed to a static allocation?
