# Jeremy's WG Onboarding Idea Capture

- An alternative option for UH
- HAUS token holders don't participate in Snapshot, but instead go directly to the UH DAO to stake HAUS on the DAOs they want to delegate their voting power to.
- Instead of staking for loot for voting weight on Snapshot, the governance shares.
- UH Operator: UberPaladin soft gov of Snapshot submit the proposal for on-chain
- Intended to manage the UI as well
- To remove the human operator role altogether
- Removes the anticipated low engagement from token holders on the Snapshot
- The emphasis is removed the operator and delegated to the DAOs
- Requires Baal v3:
- Shaman converts loot into shares to delegate
- Would wait until UH v2, not v1.5

### Problems
- How does anyone make a proposal? Limited to true faults or on-chain multicall.
- Where do the discussion around proposals happening?
- We might not remove the Snapshot, but add this new functionality.
- Snapshot is purely a signaling tool
