# DAOhaus and UberHaus FAQ
**Purpose:** Collect together common talking points UberHaus and DAOhaus into an FAQ for reference and participation in DAO conversations.
We can refine the format as we add more content. For now, focusing on dropping in existing items. Once we have some content we can consider adding to the DAOhaus/UberHaus docs or we can see if there are other delivery methods using categories/topic headers or something like that.

### UberHaus and Ecosystem DAOs
What is the HAUS token?
- HAUS is the community token between all DAOs and DAOhaus users. It is a non-permissioned ERC20 token that can be bought and sold on a DEX and has signal voting through some off chain tools. HAUS is staked into a shared treasury of UberHaus, a DAO of DAOhaus DAOs. HAUS has utility in different ways across the ecosystem.
What is UberHaus?
- [UberHaus DAO](https://uberhaus.club/) is in charge of the total uncirculating supply of HAUS. They are charged with managing that supply and distribution. UberHaus will be governing the HAUS grant program and HAUS ecosystem DAO workstreams. The goal is to help guide the future of the community and DAOhaus product.
- UberHaus is a true DAO of DAOs federation, governance is all on chain. In addition to the primary role of HAUS token governance, UberHAUS works as a business networking group, building relationships and alignment between DAOs in the network.
How does a DAO join UberHaus?

What is an Ecosystem DAO?
- **Ecosystem DAOs** are the recipients of the UberHaus workstreams. These DAOs directly add value to the DAOhaus community and product. For example, Warcamp DAO is one of the DAOhaus core product development teams.
