1. Their DAO is new and small, so they mostly want an one stop shop for their DAO tools. They don't need any extra features, like crowdfunding or NFTs, but they would like everything in one place.

1. Their challenge is keeping contributors engaged. There are too many things distracting contributors. They want their contributors to be more focused on their DAO.

1. He wants to be able to onboard gradually, so governance is engaging and new contributors feel incentivized by the gradual increase in governance power. There are also too many tools to manage.

1. He wants a way to bypass ragequit. How can a DAO plan for future budgetting if at any day invesors can take their money away? How can a DAO remain competitive and efficient if they can't plan to increase their capital? If they aren't building more capital, then they don't have money to fund speculative R&D. He wants a way to protect the individual, but still have reliable budget.
