# Canon DAO Overview

- Individual contributors retaining Accredation & Attribution

- What is a viable contribution but will not be passed as Canon
- Is it Canon that get's incentivized only, or are there a spectrum of contributions that get valued

**Quadratic Mechanism for Distributing the Value Makes sense**

#### Contributor Flow

- How are the Captains DAO & Yeeter Connected
- Proposal in the Yeeter
- Captains DAO gets to decide whether or not the proposal is Canon (determining Value)
- CC0 (creating space for remixing & reusing canon in interesting ways where economic value flows back to the canon)
- Increased attention e.g increased economic activity around the canon (economic royalties flowing back to the canon creators)
- Once passed, that piece becomes Canon
- How does Value flow back to the contributor
- What might be built into that?
- NFT wrapped compensation?

#### Incentive Mechanisms
- Attribution & Compensation are working
- We want to create a change to the Canonical asset
- governance structure to be able to ratify that change
- Transference of the token/symbol to flow back to the original contributor and new contributor at an adjusted level

- Compensation could be directly related to the degree that DAOhaus has to help hand-holding
