### Work Flow

#### Monday: Decision

- Topic is handed off to design team to make POAP/NFT

#### Monday - Thursday: Ideation
- Ideation in the HAUSPARTY channel.
- Depending on the intensity of the topic a pre-party might be scheduled to organize notes (Wednesday or Thursday) and prepare reference/source material.
- POAP/NFT is minted, auction site setup

#### Thursday: Haus Party Live!
- Hosting
- Felipe, Dekan, Ven, Vanilla
- Guest coordination (variable based on topic)
- Moderation
- Contributors dedicated to moderating/supplementing #haus-party-chat channel.
- Pull relevant questions and resources to relay to members on stage.
- Polls for audience sentiment gathering? (variable based on topic)
- Documentation
- Note taking
- JP: Dedicated note taker, with coordinated backups in case of scheduling conflicts.
- Recording/Broadcasting
- Vanilladelphia: Twitch, Restream, OBS
- POAP/NFT distro
- might be distributed via the website option.
- alternatively, we move towards NFTs by design team. Sales feedback into a regenerative economy to further the resources of the initiative.
- Post-Party
- Quick sync meeting to extract learnings, brainstorm next topics, coordinate on any loose end tasks
