# Launches 🚀

### Foundations Program Launch (Nov 24 - Jan 1)
- What if instead of thinking of this as the launch of the software we make it the launch of the "foundations" phase? Make it more about moving into incentivized battle testing.
- Limited number of participants? Paid in Haus?
- Idea: participants join the FoundationHaus DAO, and are issued new shares periodically as they complete tasks, give feedback, etc. At the end of the program, we can move $HAUS or DAI into the DAO for members to request (or ragequit). The ideal outcome is that the DAO lives on as a DAOhaus user community and advocacy group.
- Maybe a tokeized invite scheme?
- Where any way we can build some fomo into this? Get people buzzing before the next drop?

### Apprentice Program Launch (Nov 24?)
- Officialy "launch" apprentice structure to learn about DAOs and earn your way into the haus.

### Version 2 & Hackathon Launch (Jan 15 - Feb 15)
- Start hackathon the same day as we drop the new stuff.
- Don't talk about hackathon ahead of time except to partners... it's our "one more thing?"
- Hackathon Winners (Feb 7)
- We can find clever ways to drag this out.
