This involves a Champion executing transactions to start the retroactive poll, distribute rewards, enable open staking, and commence the new signal session, consuming valuable time and resources.

- **Introduction of DAO Shamans:** Introduce new DAO Shamans, autonomous smart contract extensions empowered to execute predefined functions at specified intervals, such as starting signal sessions, distributing rewards, and initiating new seasons.
