# Keating <> Sam <> E2T <> JP (4/14/22)
- Sage work on the Summoner app and Component Library on the same time
- Sage components -> component library -> refinement -> Sage -> import back into the Summoner App from the component library once added
- Similar for the Hub App and the Data Library
- In Hub: How do we fetch all the data such as the balance data?
- Do we need to incluce caches in Skynet?
- Keating and Sam will pair on this approach
- SDK + UI to investigate the structure of the SDK
- Is it working?
- Is the structure good?
## Hub App
- Have an App owner (Keating) and a library owner (Sam) and each has incentives to keep each codebase as well as possible and collaborate along the way
- Splitting up helps us get the best possible result for each
- Design is behind for the Hub App
- Sam and Keating need to meet with design and sync
- Will need to progress w/o the designs locked in
- Can start and improve as design locks things in
- Comparing what components are coming out of both Hub and Summoner for the component library
- Does a Button exist? If not, build it
- Coordination issue
- Be sure we have cross team coordination and keep in sync as we're building
- Need to get started on the component library
## Rage to Sage
- What is our mental model and process for this?
- In Sage, we rearchitect based on the Rage learnings
- We don't copy and paste, instead we rebuild and rearchitect based on what we've learned
- We don't need perfect knowledge to begin Sage. Instead, we have a general picture and direction
- If we're going to be lifting code between the two this gets messier
- Do we want to set a deadline before we move to Sage?
- Do we start by building the logic and then do we all work on the components into the library?
- How far away are we for design?
- 1 week? 2-3 weeks?
- Working in isolation is difficult -- we don't know where they are right now
- Taking the App atomic components from Rage to Sage
- Even if these aren't perfect we could build them out while the styles are being locked in
