Unlike many of you I actually remember this movie from my childhood.

And belive it or not it kinda has the same vibe of trying to put together a live demo of some freshly shipped really complicated fucking software.

Certainly not as well prepared as I would like to be but belive we learn faster on fire so LFG

Let's do it live. Let's make this shit real.

## Moloch

First of all I would like to thank Moloch. Without his blessings we would not be here attempting to improve human coordination.

But damn this shit is hard. We are burned out, beat up and broke.

I reluctantly took the reigns of this beast in March and it has been a wild ride herding cats in the Metaverse. Selfishly I was hoping to prove that decentralized organizations can develop software.

But this is not about me. This is about sharing the work we have moved to Done. But I want to start by thanking the contributors who made it possible.

The v3 apps are a proof of concept. We did the difficult work simply to provide a foundation. We will get into the tools later this week but we have provided a toolbox to encougage building on top of the foundation and remixing this technology for your communities.
