# v3 Planning Meeting (4/4/22)

- We began by reviewing last week's Retro and then identified key focus points for the week

## Weekly Focus Points

- This week focusing on design/dev alignment for the component library work
- Defining our review processes and starting to put these into place to help us move things through the board with more velocity
- Preparing for the Baal contract audit

## Component Library

- For now we're keeping the components work into a filtered view, but we'll be conscious of this and see if we still need to split

## Reviews

- Doublechecking Rages is useful -- some sort of confirmation step during a review since folks would be likely building from these learnings
- What do we need to do to move things into Testing/Done?
- Include design review for anything that includes design
- What do we want to do for our reviews?
- Switch the components in the Kanban board to `rage` instead of `sage`
- Review these with this in mind
