Good to go on spending $10,000 without requiring approval. Need to demonstrate what a autonomous organization looks like.

Will use the proof-of-concept to request additional budget for customization going into February.

Will summon a new DAO on Goerli on January 6. Tigress will work to answer the questions on the [summon form](https://summon.daohaus.club/).

We may summon with just two members and then figure out an onboarding process. Need to figure out the share amounts.

Will spend January testing and updating the configuration.

At the end of January we will take the settings from the DAO on Goerli and summon the real DAO on Gnosis Chain. Would prefer Optimism but are comfortable starting on Gnosis Chain.

Are interested in possibly exploring a [Murmur](https://www.murmur.com/) integration rather than using the signal form.

Would like to eventually add a Lex DAO legal [Wrappr](https://wrappr.wtf/).

Have you ever considered different types of proposals for:

- Money: consensus
- Working agreements: consent

Each would require a different way to pass.

Can still interact with safe via the Gnosis app.

2 Use cases

- FDD using a Moloch DAO
- Open Data Community using something like Dr. Nick's NFT Factory DAO

Good first step would be asking for a small amount of money. We can spend $10,000 from discretionary spending without too much justification.

Would be missing the wow factor with custom interface

The biggest thing we want to provide is shares on top of salary. How can we make stake in the organization valuable?

Right now we are a teenager and Gitcoin is subsidizing our growth.

Not convinced that providing services is how we will grow but their is potential. May just continue focusing on getting grants.

#### How do you measure the success of projects?

It is more about the success of the organziation. We have to be firing on all cylinders and be willing to replace those that are not working. If the organization succeeds we want everyone to benefit.

#### What goes into the Main Treasury?

If we get funds from Gitcoin we will move them into stables. If GTC goes down we will buy pay contributors. And when GTC spikes we will make trades.

This trading is done from an EOA. We send them the funds to make the trades and then they send it back. Needs to be able to move fast and break up multiple transaction to minimize slippage.

Should probably have a proposal to vote on giving someone this trading role. And could have votes on how much budget to provide that role. We want to provide them with the authority and the resources but the details of the transactions are up to the individual.

Should probably create a safe where we store the profits.

Will need to implement a policy for how much priofit goes into the main treasury and is ragequittable.

Not a fan of yeild farming because it is difficult to quantify risk.

#### What other safes should we be thinking about?

We also have an operations wallet that is primarily used for payroll. Try to keep it funded with 2 - 3 weeks worth of funds and do payroll weekly in GTC.

We have less signers on this safe so we can move a little faster.

We also receive a quarterly payment from Gitcoin that goes through Tally.

This safe is also used for stuff like paying Supermodular for the hackathon.

#### How do you onboard new members to FDD?

Right now we make them an offer with a salary. They are not employees but have to sign a contributor agreement. Some of this is inherited from Gitcoin and may change.

#### How will members interact with the DAO?

We may see a new opportunity or a service that we want to try and would need to votes on spending those funds from the Main Treasury.

We use [Snapshot](https://snapshot.org/#/) for voting and make decisions in [Murmur](https://www.murmur.com/).

#### What network would you like to deploy on?

Not super familar with Gnosis Chain and do not know how confident we would be deploying large amounts of funds there. Would be most comfortable on Optimism or Arbitrum.

#### When do you need to have this completed?

At the end of January we have a pretty formal process that we have to adhere to to

Has 2 use cases:

#### Open Data Community

"Specifically, I would like to map out the treasury and minions for the open data community we are starting. I'd like to see how we can issue tokens (NFT or erc20) to redeem for a portion of the treasury alloted for weekly hackathon winners."

#### Fraud Detection & Defense (FDD)

Wants to demonstrate they are making progress to becoming independent by the end of January. Would like to have an MVP coded to show what they did for their season 16 objective.

FDD is currently a multisig that requests payment from Gitcoin every quarter.

Their goal is demonstrating process to becoming a self-sustaiable organization. They have been trying to adhere to on-chain decentralized practices but want to become a DAO.

- Start with non-transferable shares
- Create an incentive mechanism that if someone wants to move on but their project eventually succeeds they will be rewarded
- Do not want people just sticking around because of a vesting schedule
- Currently gathering data around length of contribution and total earnings

How can we turn shares into loot so that if someone is no-longer active they cannot vote but still have a financial stake?

What Shamans could we summon to reward projects that succeed?

They made 200,000 this year managing their treasury and feel that demonstates they are capable of being independant.

The DAO users are active FDD members

- How can we narrow down the different types of FDD members?
- Are there different roles?

We want to see how an FDD member would interact wiht the DAO
