# Warcamp Response - 3-6 Month Goals
This is a distillation of the response from warcamp on **'If you were to look back after this 3-6 months, what accomplishments and/or milestones would you like to see, i.e. what's our cumulative deliverable?'**

## Main takeaway: ship V3
As expected, a lot of responses (10) noted wanting to push toward V3 and some version of ‘shipping’ or ‘finishing.’ (3) mentioned DH as opensource product (toolkit/docs). (3) mentioned V2 maintenance
>'We should look at this time as a focused period of building to ship the MVP and be able to hand it off to a 'go to market plan' phase in the future. We are delivering a finished MVP not only of our opensource software product but of an opensource product DAO.'
### Other categories included:
#### (6) Funding goals
> 'Hopefully on solid financial footings so we can continue building as a public good, with income opportunities and businesses arising from that.'
#### (5) Community goals
> 'More people are aware of and using DAOhaus. Community DAOs will be very important in a bear market - DAOhaus has the opportunity to capture share of that.'
One method for capturing that was suggested as:
> 'DaoRel (UserRel) Generating leads and executing sales for DAOhaus, scouting communities that are ripe for adopting our product'

>'We have a strategy that is agreed on and a proposal that complete on the DH direction we all agree on.'
> 'make sure there's funding / enough of a team to maintain the core, figure out a sustainable strategy going forward.'
>'In an era of limited resources, attention, funding, usage, we need to go narrow, define something tangible and at least achieve that.'

> ‘Major focus on good tech, paired with sufficient effort towards 'sales-like' be it integrations, devrel, partnerships, user engagement etc. Major change advocating here is that we have great tech already, and i feel we need to apply more direct attention toward being integrated and connected, mostly leading to a pump in partnership building and public goods contributions from current levels’
> 'V3 is in a place that we can start facilitating B2B relationships properly'
