# Daohaus v3 Scope

The DAOhaus product will consist of the following core elements:
- Hub: a central place for an individual to see/update their profile and access their DAOS
- MetaOS: a front-facing user-friendly DAO touchpoint
- Moloch UI: the moloch DAO, ability to see basics of DAO operations and edit settings
- Summon UI: ui tp create new daos

DAOhaus will also focus on builders and community with:
- Opening up features for community building, such as the MetaOS to include other DAO frameworks (ex. Gnosis safe or snapshot DAOs)
- Maintain a component library that can be used for outside apps (ex. Yeeter)
- Maintain a data library for use in outside apps (ex. DAObooks)
- Facilitate and curate a Market for boosts + apps

# Milestone 1

- Dragons: Project plan/process definition/task bonanza

# Milestone 2 - Alpha Release

**Target**: Jun 1 2022
- rolling released as applications are ready
**Audience**: internal/inviting interested users

## Goal
- Exploration
- Lay the foundation for v3 platform
- pm process, designs/ux specs, POC apps
- decentralized data architecture
- modular application framework/library setup
- parralel workstreams
- Set up for usability testing
- Some amount of polish and UX work to make this usable to user testers (ideally a few outside inner circle)
- Invite users to alpha apps
- w/ feedback form

### 1. Summoning application

- Design: UI Design & UX Spec
- Development: MVP Application

#### Target Features
- Summon form and transaction in hard mode
- not supporting summoning w/ existing safe and full easy mode
- Subgraph v1
- Begin dev of component library and sdk utils

Testing
- From UI, you should be able to Create DAO
- Available in etherscan
- Available for early user testing and input into easy mode design

### 2. Hub application

#### Deliverables

- Design: UI Design & UX Spec
- Development: MVP Application

#### Target Features

- Basic DAO list scoped to user > link to DAO
- Begin dev of component library and sdk data fetching

Testing
- Fetch and list all users daos across all DAOs

### 3. Core DAO UI application

**Alpha version of core dao ui app and POC of proposal form.**

#### Deliverables

- Design: UI Design & UX Spec
- Development: Some sections of core app built

#### Target Features

- Start with read only versions of
- dao home
- proposal list/proposal detail
- member list
- vault detail
- simple read only settings
- POC proposal form
- mvp proposal creation/not integrated fully in app

Testing
- Can we fetch and transform data properly for the designs
- Are the data and component libraries/modular development environments working
- From UI, you should be able to:
- View proposals
- View members
- View vaults
- View settings

### 4. Alpha version of Haus libraries
Haus Components v0.1 & Haus SDK v0.1.

Development: Pre-Alpha release usable in Summon, Hub and Core DAO UI apps
