# Episode Zero

## What is DAOhaus Diaries?

- Share the stories of DAOhaus
- We have been building cool shit for years with some of the most amazing people in the space
- Our experience with building DAO tooling and developing products as a DAO is not common knowledge in larger community
- Imbibed with vibes
- Something that does not feel like work

## What do we expect of you?

- Get involved in the conversation
- Let's have as much interaction as possible
- Questions, comments, concerns
- Call-out culture
- Get saucy
- Drinking and cussing is not required but encouraged

## What problems are we trying to solve?

- DAOhaus is often left out of the conversation
- We have been building cool shit for years with some of the most amazing people in the space
- We have not done a good job of capturing the stories our our culture of experimentation or sharing what we learn through failure and success
- Our experience with building DAO tooling and developing products as a DAO is not common knowledge in larger community

### Problems

- Building dope shit
- Not prevalent in the DAO conversation
- Soft effort from our community
- Few diehards
- We do not stand for anything
- We do not have have narrative catalysts yet

Step into and be core in the contract conversation.

## Feedback

- BR mentioned it was nice to have something todo after the kiddos were down
- "I think it’s a great start. Once they are a 'scheduled' thing on Twitter, it should show up on searches and people can set reminders and all that, and that should be able to draw in some window shoppers. A special guest here and there, a topic to discuss and it should be a success."

## Thoughts

- Was a little surprised more people did not organically drop-in. But we intentionally did not schedule or promote in anyway
- Maybe an hour or two later will allow further seperation from work, time for dinner and increased consumptions of libations
- Origin Stories should be episode 1
- Have not figured out how to download the recording yet
- Spaces on desktop requires identify verification and we are not sure whos phone number is associated with the account
- Talked about cool shit with organic conversations that went in interesting directions
- Voice changer and audio filters may be an intersesting way to create a DAOhaus persona
- Is there a limit that we want to push? How do we bring each other back when we push it too far?
- May want to consider how the DAOhaus account is represented or just use personal accounts and the DH account is simply for admin. Would need a dedicated mobile device for this
