##### Reduces exculisivity, opens up UberHaus for **any** HAUS holder to signal support for proposals

## workstreams (child daos)
each of these comitee workstreams should be an independent team, a new committee must be voted in/out first through loot holder proposal and ratified by the Federation members. Funds will be streamed through ops and will be managed idependently in child dao

### grants comitee (The Hand subdao)

**inbound member grants**
* new daos can apply and be granted membership
* grant committee will review grants requests.
* long form forum post, presentation at delegate meeting, on chain proposal
* grants can be a full membership or a mix of supplementing shares (backed with transfer from vault)/haus/tokenswaps

**retro proposal matching**
* Federation DAOs that use 'yeeter proposal flow'*
* can receive matching for stakers up to full amount of proposal
* proposals are reviewed on milestones and success metrics.
* failed proposals where funds have been pulled may also be up for some match

### Divergent Notes

- Warcamp as a subDAO of UberHaus
- Give Warcamp governance in UberHaus and risk having Warcamp go Rogue
- What is the alternative?
- Is there a conflict of interest if Warcamp has stake/governance in UberHaus

##### Decentralizing from the choke points

- Many of WCs processes are decentralized, this is the direction we're headed in but centralization still exists at the social & technical layers, keep progressing toward decentralization.

Double-tap governance is great bc the weeknesses of coinvoting:

- what if one of the DAOs bought up 90% of the HAUS token supply
- DAO members should be able to have checks & balances with foundations, but foundations also needs to have checks and balances for the federation.
- loot holders rage-quit (no way to explicitly block a proposal)

##### How to delineate between the different proposals?

### Wargame thought experiment

- Foundations wants to RK a federation member, or replace the federation alltogether
- no way currently to take an off-chain proposal and get it on-chain

Foundation has 90% of HAUS staked in the DAO

If they wanted to get rid of federation:
- kick federation member (requiring consensus)

**process**

- Convince other federation members to guildkick the DAO we don't want as a part of the federation

SOPs & Operating Agreements
- If a proposal passes a majority in the federation, there could be a written agreement that a foundation DAO has to execute the proposal.

##### Token entaglement isn't here yet
- no vampire attacks in our community possible with the wide distribution of HAUS token and lack of access to governance for HAUS token holders

- how can the federation activate this treasury to get people from the foundation involved?
- Governance mining (what didn't work?)
- How does the uncirculating supply naturally spread across DAOs participating in the federation or people in the foundation?

### Next Steps: What DAOs should be a part of the federation

- get the loose rules from Warcamp & delegates
- subDAOs will be responsible for creating their own processes, get them funded and rolling. (Mainnet raise should bring 50 ETH into ops for UberHaus)
