### General notes
- Insane interest - We honestly underestimated.

### Failures:
- People sent directly to smart contract
- There was a small additon to the details field that our UI added they would have had to replicate - so not sure this was bots. seems like mpst people used the UI
- They could have found that in the UI code - it's open source
- UI didn't stop contributions

### PR Statement:
- The point of a CCO - opportunity for the community, not everyone with a passing interest
- Excited for everyone to take part in governance of the platform going forward.
- There will be plenty of opportunities to participate and earn governance voice.

> - Doing the individual drop before the CCO tokens are claimed would avoid that supply shock scenario, but would then be the responsibility of war camp rather than a broader communal decision made by uberhaus gov.

1. seconds before window opens, two contributions come in
- first at 25 seconds early
- second at 10 seconds early
3. round 1 opens at 8am EDT (UTC -4)
4. 341 contributions fly in
- average contribution amount = 4212 wxdai
- 67% of contributions were for the max amount (5000 wxdai)
5. cap is reached **80 seconds** after window opens (!!!)
6. we shut down the bot and put the UI into maintenance mode in case there was an attack
7. we start checking transactions manually; confirmed that vast majority of contributions were valid
8. we turn the bots back on to re validate the proposals and start sponsoring, voting and processing valid proposals

once sponsored to the limit, next would be to get a communication out for folks to cancel unsponsored props and withdraw funds.
