I've created an Infra Expense Vault connected to the warcamp DAO on GC and I've made a proposal for 6600 wxdai from the Compensation vault.

Future Savings opportunities

- Spend time/resources deprecating v2 infra and usage
- migrate daos off v2
- deprecate feature driving server and graph query costs (minion vault balances, notifications)

- We are getting grants from the Graph for GC migration and some on-going quarterly drips. Will monitor and report on on-going costs to see if we've overestimated.
