nestr is a tool to manage self-organization. They have created a layer for roles, projects, tasks helping show organizational structures. Hoping to provide more clarity around expectations and accountablity.

Have found DAOs are hard to manage without tools. Have been coding up integration options with DAO platforms to visualize proposals on nestr.

They are a small company with a small investment. Would like to test Y33t with a small campaign to assist them with development. Since they are building tools for DAOs it would be cool to see who is interested in supporting.

Julio is comfortable with minions and building boosts and should be capable of navigating the documentation after watching the videos.

They are pretty laced in with the MetaCartel ecosystem and are doing some partnership work with RaidGuild.

They have a strong group of engineers and some cool ideas for marketing and would like to launch the Yeeter campaign for MCON.

## ✨ Quest Chains

July 1, 2022

Had a call with @dan13ram#7722 and @vid#5251 today. They are interested in setting up a campaign for [Quest Chains](https://questchains.xyz/).

Quest Chains is simplify onboarding new members. They allow users to create and complete quests with a role structure and NFTs for completed quests. They want to summon a DAO and get funding. They just received a grant from IPFS.

The project started trying to figure out how to make onboarding better for MetaGame.

They would like to know what communities would be good to reach out to to get excited about campaign.

They would also like to build a boost on the DAOhaus platform.

## Rigor Alpha Curation DAO

Had a call with @0xJoshua#0888 today about the Yeeter campaign for [Rigor](https://rigor.build/).

@spencer#3101 is an advisor to the project.

They are a protocol to decentralize home building.

Construction is currently financed by banks. This creates a hierarchy of contractors that delays payments all the way down and slows the build process.

If this DAO succeeds they hope to uncrunch the artificial home supply and decrease the cost of home ownership.

To participate in the existing regulatory framework for housing construction the financial documents need a legal signer. They will address this using a system of curators using a Wyoming DAO under LLC laws. This legal entity will execute traditional contracts.

There system allows for users with DAI to deposit into contracts and receive an 8-10% fixed rate of return. These funds will be used to make loans paid out in escrow accounts.

@0xJoshua#0888 got involved via Jonah whose fund invested in Opolis. Isaac Lidsky (played Weasel on Saved by the Bell) is a builder in central Florida who is already testing these ideas.

They want to run a campaign to raise $1 million USD to fund 4 housing projects. The core team is contributing a bunch and they have investors lined up. They also need to figure out how to line up media coverage as this is a story that could generate interest.

Would like to have the DAO summoned by Monday to demonstrate progress that they are moving these ideas forward.

Forked [DAOhaus](https://savedao.adbongo.io/) and [Smart Invoice](https://invoice.adbongo.io/). Unlocked his ERC-20 [$SAVE](https://blockscout.com/xdai/mainnet/address/0x338D4527c9E7F7316c43581684Bc510b851F832a/transactions) token on the Gnosis Chain.

Was at a conference in Cancun and was told he needed to check out Yeeter.

Created agency to help companies launch DAOs. These companies need funding and he feels Y33t can help them. Interested in helping projects with the pre-work required to launch a successful campaign.

## [Cheerbot](https://cheerbot.org)

Like the idea of building the v3 tools to build the tools. They are taking a similar approach with Cheerbot.

He is also a core contributor at LexDAO and thinks Ross would be interested in learning more about v3. Says Kali is focused on gas efficiency and prioritizing Arbitrum.

They have made progress on the [Yeeter Configuration Questions](https://hackmd.io/@bestape/SkZFozRF5) and are going to collab with https://bloxl.co/ on this campaign to create a lifesized installation of an ETHbot (based on Gitcoin & RaidGuild lore) at MCON2.

Will work on refining the answers to the questions to get more focused for this campaign and like the idea of spinning up a test on Rinkeby first.

Connecting Raspberry Pis to Web3 and STEAM Education. He is familiar with the DAOhaus app through NF DAO and LexDAO. He has been working with Owacki and the comic series. Would like to find a way connect Kali, GTC and Y33t. He is also working to get Creative Commons and the World Wide Web Consortium to bring them into Web3. And they have also received a grant from The Graph.

Currently focusing on partnering with influeuncers with existing audiences to build demand. Their Discord is growing and they are working on improving marketing. He sees on of the advantages of Y33t is the ecosystem of investors interested in supporting exciting projects.

Would like to run a big bang campaign sooner than later.

- Looking for opportunities to strengthen the relationship by collaborating with DAOhaus and MetaCartel

- Not interested in being the test case for ERC-20 updates

Hoping to raise $500,000 to $2,000,000 and 3% fee is a "show stopper." Is a high visibility campaign and may bring other projects to the platform. Loves the idea of buying HAUS with the fee and would use it to add liquidity.

They want to use the funds to:

Angel Vaults create a buywall that discourages speculation and are easier to manage than UNI v3. But you really need 10% of the market cap in protocol owned liquidity.

Yeeter will allow them to get stables while giving GIVE at a discount.

We are currently working to identify a model that works. Fee mechanic is vital. This is how we maintain stability. Buying HAUS with the fees benefits all token holders. We also need to determine how to fund further development and community engagement.

Forks actually benefit the project visibilty and potentially provide new code.

Let's try to keep this as simple as possible then figure out what additional changes need to be made moving forward.

From Columbia. Was learning about DAOhaus and looking for funding. Has had previous projects on Gitcoin.

Wants to build a DAOhaus Boost. Using Ceramic to develop something around identity.

Would like to launch a campaign sooner than later. Looking for a co-founder with more DAO experience.

Explained the history of the different Y33t projects.

Has minimum experience with the Gnosis Chain.

Talked about the importance of pre-work. And he wondered if we had a partner that could help with this process.

Received grant from MetaCartel that should get them to launch. MC encouraged them to work on their on-boarding flow but RaidGuild encouraged them to do UX testing instead.

MetaPod fell through.

They have a potential revenue stream and do not want to keep asking for hand outs.

He has already set-up some ideas and thinks Y33t is an awesome way to introduce new people to DAOs.
