--- tags: rage-report, bloton --- # Rage Report: Yeeter erc20 support (staking apps) **Background:** The yeeter has been a great tool for decentralized crowd funding, this rage is looking to expand the functionality and explore potential other use cases of the shaman loot onboarding mechanic. Adding Erc20 staking support could open for further experimentation around the mechanic specifically withen a DAO or community. A DAO could use there community erc20 token to add Some of the potential applications are: staking to signal curration, TCR type mechanics, Conviction staking on internal community initiatives, priotization staking lists, Bounty bourd community staking, bug list bonuses, circle staking, yeeter support for native or wrapped tokens (ex. eth and weth support on a single yeet) deliverables: - Update the yeeter shaman contract to also support erc20s. - front end support in the yeeter to display erc20 yeets and a approve/stake flow in the contribute section **Experiment 1** Wish list staking: the current workflow to rage on experiments is through the rage flow. New ideas are added first to a wish list, this list could then be prioritiezed by community staking support. For example haus holders could stake into their favorite wishlist item to singnal that there should be a higher priority. ### Experiment 1: Erc20 staking is working, and three proposals where made. ### Expectations: Warcamp will stake their haus to signal interest and priority on different initatives ### Results/Findings: without a custom UI and experience to highlight the nature of a staking queue this has not got much traction. we also probably need a budget to incentivise use. ### Proposed Next Steps: Make a better filter and UI to make staking more fun. create an incentive program to get haus holders involved. experiment with different communities ### other ideas to explore **Experiment 2** Warcamp Workstream Commitment Staking see https://forum.daohaus.club/t/warcamp-workstream-commitment-staking/10808/13 This could be a way for a dao member to create a new work stream inititive and then other members stake some interest and commitment into a specific workstream. **Experiment 3** LP DAO yeeter. users can yeet lp tokens directly into a yeeter, this could give them more governance power and signal and offer rewards. example: haus/weth LP token staked and rewarded with the rights to NFT rewards once a month. potential problem: liquid staking and tracking how long some one is staked without ragequit
