--- tags: devrel --- # Hand-off from "Core Strategy" to Devrel "Core Strategy" (CS) is charged with seeking out and forging partnerships with other projects. In many cases, those potential partners will have interests that are best supported by devrel. The following steps outline the hand-off process from CS to devrel. ### Hand-off process 0. CS gets connected to a potential partner (eg a project, product, DAO, etc) 1. CS recognizes that the potential partner is relevant to devrel efforts 2. CS creates a Labs channel in discord with the partner, tagging in the devrel team 3. CS adds context, partner contact info, etc into the devrel github board 4.
