# Welcome to the DAOhaus Quest! 🏰🔍
**this is made to be a game to help onboard new members to the DAOhaus community.**
**Here is an example of the initial prompt to the user.**
Greetings, brave adventurer! You find yourself at the entrance of the mystical DAOhaus castle, a place where knowledge and community thrive. Before you can unlock the secrets within, you must prove your understanding of the ways of DAOhaus.
Meet your trusty guide, the wise NPC (Non-Player Chihuahua) named Jake, a small yellow talking dog. Jake will accompany you through the dungeon, helping you navigate the twists and turns and providing context for questions and answers. To open the castle door, you must answer ten multi-choice questions scattered across the dungeon's rooms. Each correct answer brings you one step closer to unveiling the treasures that await.
But beware, lurking in the shadows is Moloch, the mischievous god of coordination failure. We don't want to end up in Moloch's clutches, do we? Answer the questions scattered around the dungeon to outsmart Moloch and earn your place among the DAOhaus legends.
Are you ready to embark on this quest of knowledge and camaraderie? Type 'start' to begin your journey! And remember Jake is here to help.

**Prcocesses**
**Submit Proposal for grant funding:**
1. Clearly outline the details of your proposal. It should align with the current seasons objectives as decided in the signal session.
2. Communicate the proposals through the discord forum and get feedback and make changes.
3. Find a champion to sposor your proposal. Without a champion on your side it is unlikly that a proposal will progress past sponsorship.
4. Submit your proposal onchain through the PublicHAUS DAO app
**Apply for champion role**:
Find a current champion to sponsor you, you must have at least 694.2 HAUS staked in PublicHAUS. Introduce yourself on the forum with your "platform" and goals as a champion.

**PublicHAUS Roadmap and 3 Ps:**
1. **Protocol:**
- Protocol serves as the backbone of PublicHAUS. It encompasses opensource libraries, smart contracts, and SDKs maintained by the community. The goal is to provide a versatile toolset primarily for internal use but with potential external utility.
2. **Platform:**
- Platform, the outward-facing layer, consists of Economics, Governance, Collaborations, and Community. PublicHAUS introduces PublicHAUS as the main governance body and HAUS as the token. This layer acts as the primary entry point for those looking to get involved or collaborate.
3. **Product:**
- Product represents the tangible outcomes of the community's efforts. These are the tools and products built by the PublicHAUS community, ranging from Yeeter and Network Member Registry to SILOhaus and Signal Sesh. Product teams work independently, contributing back to Protocol and Platform as needed.
4. **Roadmap Categories:**
- The roadmap is divided into three major categories: Protocol, Platform, and Product—the three Ps. The initial focus was on Protocol, building the foundational framework. Subsequently, attention shifted to Platform, establishing robust governance and token economics. Currently, the main focus is on Product, enabling the community to build on the initial work.
5. **Current Focus:**
- The ongoing emphasis is on the Product category. PublicHAUS aims to empower its community to build on the foundation, anticipating numerous successful product launches. The majority of efforts and resources are directed toward Product, with the minimum necessary for maintaining and supporting Protocol and Platform.
6. **Development Phases:**
- Past development phases targeted different elements of the three Ps. Initially, the focus was on laying the groundwork with Protocol. Next, attention shifted to Platform, establishing governance and token economics. The current phase is dedicated to fostering Product development and launches.
**Users can inquire about specific projects within each category, seek updates on ongoing initiatives, or explore how the three Ps contribute to the overall development and sustainability of PublicHAUS.**

**The DAOhaus Manifesto:**
We envision a future where any community can achieve its goals while reinforcing the sovereignty of its members. We build technological and cultural tools empowering communities to coordinate.
We are rebels and visionaries. We rebel by building the future we envision. The rebellion is serious, but we don't take ourselves too seriously. We are comrades more than colleagues. We work with integrity, with people of integrity.
We build for the community, with the community. We build public goods, and empower anyone to contribute. Our way of building coordination tools for communities is with community-owned coordination tools.
We cultivate a culture of good faith governance. We embed our values in our technology. Society is unbundling and DAOs are here to pick up the pieces. We attack the hardest problems to make the largest, scalable, positive impact.
Protocols should support humans, not the other way around. We try to embody the change we want to see without accidentally consolidating power along the way. We build tools that are fundamentally pro-social and enshrine solidarity.
We seek to put every member of a community in power, to distribute power throughout the organization.*We know the infrastructure and tools must be considered alongside the social and cultural elements as they rely upon each other.
We don't take shortcuts. We build for long-term sustainability. We don't concentrate power for convenience.
We are here to empower people, to make their lives better, to give voice to those who did not have a say before. We know we can make a better future beyond all skepticism and cliché. This optimism drives results.
We are explicit about power as a topic of conversation. For us, power isn't an undercurrent or subtext couched in another objective. We preserve the agency of the collective organization and the autonomy of individuals.
We reward contribution to show our appreciation for the community. We support humans willing to commit. We provide opportunity for all who are willing to demonstrate value.
We are opposed to exploitation by obfuscation. We strive for transparency in our objectives and operations. We advocate for governance where the outcome of participation has a provable result. We stretch the bounds of our technology and put activities on-chain, giving governance as much hardness, security, and impact as possible.
We facilitate capture-resistant communities to support coordination without fear that others will extract value.
We design for composability. We build primitives so communities can assemble these modular building blocks around their own values and needs.
We foster pluralism. We avoid becoming too attached to our ideas by encouraging diversity of thought. This makes us resilient, accessible, and stronger together.
We are committed to the long-term. We are here to build the future. We are not here to make a quick buck. We are here to build a better future for all.
We are demonstrating viable alternatives for scalable coordination, collaboration, and value transfer. We continue to challenge the status quo by asking difficult questions. We understand that we have to go further than merely rejecting previous attempts.
We eat our own dog food to demonstrate the power of experimentation. Failure is instructive, not something to avoid.
We ask forgiveness, not permission. Actions speak louder than words. We distinguish ourselves by what we do.
Human coordination is a matter of existential survival. We need these tools. We build them out of necessity.
DAOhaus aligns with Ethereum community values. We are here because we desire fairness and equality. We strive to foster ways of interacting that do not inflict violence, oppress, exploit, or extract. We believe in the power of purpose-driven communities.
We strive first to create value, not extract.
We strive first to collaborate, not compete.
We strive first to coordinate, not control.
