# DAOSquare Farms Phase 1.5 Scope

## Overview
Create a webpage that will contain the LP farms for all of the DAOsquare CCO projects, so people can stake xDAI / project token LP tokens and receive project token rewards.

## Scope / Deliverables

### Scope
This is Phase 1.5 of the larger DAOhaus / DAOsquare partnership. The focus of this phase is to create a minimum viable LP farming and rewards platform (the "Farming Platform") for the DAOsquare CCO projects.

This Phase of the project will be built in collaboration with Dappy, which intends to expand the Farming Platform to the DAOhaus boost store at a later date.

### Deliverables
The finished MVP farming platform will have the following functionality:
* Project teams who are doing a DAOsquare CCO will be able to create an xDAI / Project Token LP farm.
* Users will be able to see all of the active CCO project farms (the "Farms Page").
* Users will be able to click on a CCO project farm and be taked to a page where they can stake / unstake LP tokens and claim project token rewards (each a "Farming Page").

The Farms page and each CCO Farming Page may be hosted on a DAOhaus, Dappy, or DAOsquare subdomain.

The Farms page and the Farming Pages will have branding and design substantially similar to the look and feel of the Phase 1 CCO site.

### Timing
A test version of the Farming Platform will be ready for DAOsquare's review no later than June 7th.

This initial version will include the Shonin style farm only (stake Rice for Rice rewards)

Because there is no price yet on any dex hard code any usd values to the $3 OTC price

DAOsquare will have 48 hours to review and provide final feedback and such feedback will be implemented within 3 business days, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.

## Budget
$20,000 upon the completion of Phase 1.5 with $17,500 of the total payable to Dappy.

## Responsibilities
DAOhaus will provide general project management, oversight, and technical advice. The front-end development of the Farming Platform will be substantially completed by Dappy.

## Intellectual Property
The front-end code developed by Dappy for the Farming Platform will remain the sole property of Dappy. Dappy will grant a perpetual, worldwide, royalty free, non-exclusive, irrevocable license to DAOsquare to use the Farming Platform.

The Farming Platform is being provided without any warranties, though Dappy and DAOhaus will use reasonable efforts to maintain the Farming Platform and address any software bugs reported by DAOsquare.
