# DAOhaus Protocol Mission This is what we believe, and we built this product because of it. What is DAOhaus' essence, blessing & mission? We discern this by communicated with our personal 'Trusted Source': 1) It exists 2) It knows the purpose 3) It is capable of communicating with you --- ### Essence **Definition:** The aspect of purpose that is pure being, without doing. When DAOhaus arrives, so does its essence and everyone around is immediately affected by it, whether they are aware of it or not. The essence of DAOhaus is collective ownership and individual autonomy. By ensuring that individuals retain control over their own resources in all situations, they can more readily join together to accomplish things greater than what they could ever do on their own. The essence of DAOhaus is simultaneous collectiveness and individuality. DAOhaus infuses essence of collectiveness and individuality where ever humans exist. A community of people that really want to make daos work, they want to experiment and discover, but have fun and make friends. Play games and cut a path. Certain people need this process and are naturally drawn to DAOhaus because of it. You form a group for a purpose. Summon a DAO on DAOhaus. Use the tools to help coordinate. It doesn't end while your DAO is needed. From a state of uncertainty about how to organize and coordinate, to a state of competence and vision. DAOhaus operates under a core assumption that a community's self-actualization and freedom to pursue these goals is a net positive. The freedom to coordinate allows people to find communities where they can be fulfilled and self-actualized as an individual. This balance can only be found in an environment where people don't need to ask permission to coordinate. A double-edged sword. Everyone is in some way responsible for the well being of the DAO or community. Shared responsibility builds genuine mutual respect. --- ### Mission **Definition** A specific application of the blessing and essence. A specific task that needs to be performed. An outcome to accomplish, or a world to create. What happens if the blessing is brought again and again? The language of coordination has become corrupted and monosyllabic. We need new ways to organize, and tools that support us. Leaders, initiative takers, followers who want to feel safe to coordinate knowing that money and governance are supported by a firm foundation. Your mission is possible.
