### Questions

- What already exists?
- What is lacking?
- Where are there opportunities to make this better?
- What resources are avialable for v2?
- How do we incentivize contribution?

### Concerns

- A lot of energy behind v3
- Do not have any clear plans for migration
- Too much centralized infrastructure we (@samkuhlmann#3559) has to maintain and pay for (Ex. Lambdas)
- Not a lot of clear process to help others get involved

### Ideas

- @jekl#0001 is testing creating an intentional experience around summoner support
- Explore potential integrations between GitHub, Dework and Coordinape for HAUS/stablecoin bounty rewards and $GIVE tokens

### How Might We

- prioritize getting bugs fixed?
- decentralize the existing infrastructure?
- share learning between v2 and v3?
- create an intentional experience for onboarding contributors through Discord and Dework?
- incentive contribution?

### Near Term Priorities

- Make v2 more visible in Planning meetings
- Improve process documents (instruction manuals)
- Sketch out a plan to prioritize some of these opportunities
