# Request for Comment: Exploring the Future of DAO Databases, Decentralized Content Management Systems, and community processes around decentralized content creation and curration.
Greetings, DAOhaus/PublicHAUS community! this is a RFC for a proposal that will be going up tomorrow.

## Introduction
This proposal is championed by @dekan and @tw and addresses the top 2 objectives from the last signal session with a collaborative effort between two teams

**Team Read Sea West Coast** and **Team Read Sea East Coast** to advance the development of DUCE protocol (Decentralized Comment Emitter), DIN Product (Decentralized Information Network) and CCR Product (Currator, Creator, Reciprication).

Top Objectives from season 4 signal session:
- Continue work on DIN - # Decentralized Immutable News
- Creation of Sponsor and Community Projects Pages

It also has a more general Objective inline with the Roadmap of creating products that leverage the DAOhaus protocol and platform.

## Teams

### Team West Coast

- **Members:** @Dekan and @Rowdy
- **Objective:**
- Build a proof of concept for DUCE, specifying and documenting the needed technology.
- Create V1 of the DIN summoner
- Create the first use case of the DIN system to establish a DAO-curated content portal for community projects and sponsors.
- **Tech Requirements:** DUCE implementation in moloch-v3-subgraphs and moloch-v3-data. Spec out changes, estimate, and initiate the design process.

### Team East Coast

- **Members:** @tw and @plor
- **Objective:**
- Speed run a content creator persona, collector persona, and explore the development of a content-driven community using existing web2, web3, and hybrid tools.
- Focus on UX/UI, create a development backlog, and identify goals/frictions towards an MVP.
- **Strategy:** Experiment with tools, test assumptions and hypotheses of DUCE > DIN > SIGNAL > CCR. Primarily UX/UI and development backlog creation without coding.
