# DAOsquare Proposal ## Scope Create an mvp of the DAOsquare CCO platform whereby DAOsquare can curate CCOs for new projects looking for funding under $500K USD and those CCOs can be easily found and viewed via a simple UI. ## Deliverables / Timing * Full Specifications (the "Full Specs") for the MVP version of the platform, which will live on DAOhaus (Monday, April 26 by 11 PM ET) * Test version of the MVP on Kovan (no later than Friday, May 7 by 11 PM ET) * Final version of the MVP on xDAI (no later than Monday, May 10 at 11 PM ET) ## Cost **Total:** * 75,000 xDAI for MVP construction * 7,500 xDAI / month retainer for maintence and services * 600,000 $RICE vested over 2 years in quarterly installments based on continuous services. **Payment Milestones:** * 25,000 xDAI upon the sign-off of the Full Specs by DAOSquare. DAOsquare must sign-off on the Full Specs no later than Tuesday, April 27th at 11 PM ET for timeline to be met. * 25,000 xDAI upon the deployment of a working MVP on xDAI that meets the Full Specs. * 25,000 xDAI upon the deployment of a working MVP of the Farms. * 7,500 xDAI at the end of each month * 1 million $RICE with 500,000 $RICE vested one year after the services begin. And 500,000 $RICE vested two years after the services begin; provided that, the retainer period is extended into year 2. **Resources** * For MVP Build: * 3 Devs 30-40 hrs per wk * 1 Project Manager ("PM") 10-15 hrs per wk * For Retainer Period: * 1 PM 30-40 hrs per mon. * 1-2 Dev 20-30 total dev hrs per mon. ## Specifications **High-level MVP Specs** DAOhaus commits to deliver a version of the DAOhaus app with the following additional features built for DAOsquare: * A DAOhaus domain that automatically sorts and displays DAOsquare CCOs (the "CCO List"). The CCO List will have the following functionality: * Cards representing each active and recently closed CCO. * Each card will link to a CCO DAO page for that CCO. * Each card will display the CCO Goal, the contribution :: share ratio, and the progress made towards the CCO goal (in addition to the CCO name / team). * The CCO list page will use the color scheme designated by DAOsquare. * A polised CCO page for each CCO (the "CCO page"). The CCO page will have the following functionality: * Three cards used to check eligibility, contribute funds, and claim rewards / tokens. * A details section including the project name, a short description of the project, and link to the project site. * A modified back-end that allows DAOsquare to communicate to the DAOhaus when a CCO DAO is a DAOsquare CCO. * A bot for each CCO that will auto sponsor and vote upon a proposal after checking that the contribution is made by an address provided by DAOsquare for that CCO DAO. * All of the other functionality included in the DAOhaus CC1 CCO site. **High-level Retainer Services:** The below services will be covered under the retainer. Any other services may incur additional charges agreed upon by the parties before such additional work begins. * Creation of up to 5 CCO DAOs and related bots and whitelists per month upon no less than 5 days prior notice of the new CCO. * Dedicated support (in English) in a DAOsquare CCO support channel with initial responses to support questions provided within 1 hour Monday - Friday 10 am ET - 6 pm ET and within 12 hours at all other times. * A walk-through of the CCO process and page for each new CCO team (at team's option). * Dedicated point of contact for CCO projects to help them navigate the process. * Developer maintenance of the MVP functionality described in the Full-Specs. As mentioned above the Full Specs to be provided by April 26 and signed off by DAOsquare on April 27 and those Full Specs will be considered the final agreement between DAOsquare and DAOhaus as to the deliverables and payment schedule.
